Scott Walker
Scott Walker received his BA with honors from Dallas Baptist University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Baylor University. After graduating from law school, he immediately began his legal career as a solo-practitioner. He did so until June of 2005 when his son Brian left the Harrison County District Attorney’s Office in Marshall, Texas to join him in forming the Attorney Offices of Walker & Walker. Today Scott is a partner in the law office of Walker Kelly PLLC where he practices alongside Patrick Kelly and Scott’s son Brian Walker.
Throughout the years, Scott Walker’s law practice has focused primarily on trials and appeals and administrative work before the VA. In his trial and appellate practice, Scott has enjoyed a high rate of success. Throughout his career, Scott Walker has litigated numerous jury trials and numerous appeals with results favorable to his clients.
Scott Walker lives in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He works primarily out of his office in Fort Worth, but he frequently handles cases throughout Texas. Scott Walker is a former member of the Harrison County Bar Association and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. He is currently a member of the Tarrant County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Texas. Scott Walker is licensed to practice in Texas by the Texas Supreme Court, the U.S. Eastern District of Texas, and is accredited to represent Veterans at all levels in the adjudication process before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
